# User Protection Policy

We partner with thousands of e-commerce merchants to help them sell more. We work hand-in-hand to deliver an exceptional customer experience. That being said, we do run into cases where we can't continue working with a specific merchant. 

Here are the guiding merchant principles: 

1. Merchants must abide by existing Shopify and WooCommerce policies, including [Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy](https://www.shopify.com/legal/aup) as well as its Legal, Compliance and Privacy policies.
2. Merchants are responsible for shipping products to customers and adhere to the polices of Shopify and WooCommerce.
3. We reserve the right to remove any merchant or specific products we choose. 
4. Merchants are fully liable for the products they sell. Agora simply facilitates the transaction. 

We reserve the right to remove merchant products for multiple reasons, including, but not limited to, the following:

* Selling fraudulent products. 
* Selling illegal products. 
* Not delivering a product in a reasonable timeframe. 
* Delivering a damaged product. 
* Delivering the wrong product. 
* Creating fake product listings. 
* Collecting pre-orders rather than a ready-to-go product.
* Attempting to commit fraud on Agora
