How to cancel my Subscription

Here are the steps you need to take to cancel your Agora Subscription:

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Dashboard.

  2. Go to the Settings page.

  3. On the 'transactions' tab, on the top right, click on the "cancel subscription" red button.

  4. Your account will automatically enroll in the Basic plan at 0$/month. You will still be able to track your store and product's performance through the dashboard.
