# How to cancel my Subscription

Here are the steps you need to take to cancel your Agora Subscription:

1. Sign in to the [Merchant Dashboard](https://app.searchagora.com/).
2. Go to the [Settings](https://www.searchagora.com/settings) page.
3. On the 'transactions' tab, on the top right, click on the "cancel subscription" red button.
4. You will automatically enrolled in the Basic free plan. You will still be able to track your store and product's performance through the dashboard.
