# Fake Products Policy

Agora does not allow the sale of fake or counterfeit products. We reserve the right to remove products, brands, and stores who are suspicious of selling fake products. Additionally, we reserve the right to permanently ban merchants from our platform. 

We encourage customers to report fake products on our platform. We take each report very seriously. You can also contact [Support](/support/premium-support.md) for help.
