Agora refund and return policy

Agora will work with Merchants to make sure our Customers can return a product if they no longer want it. That said, we will have to adapt to the Merchant's policies in place for your return. Here's how the process works:

1. If you want to return a product purchased on Agora, contact [e-mail].

2. Our team will verify the e-commerce website's return policy and reply to your request with options.

3. If returns are possible, we will refund your order and connect you to the Merchant so they can send you shipping labels if applicable.

4. You will return the product and get a refund from Agora via cash or Agora Credits.
