How to cancel your order

If you wish to cancel your Agora order, please contact Support.

Agora allows customers to cancel their order and get a full refund within one hour of making a purchase. Beyond that, Agora will abide by the merchant's cancellation policies and, therefore, will not always be able to issue a refund.
