How to create a merchant account

Agora has built technology capable of securely indexing products from millions of stores across Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, and Wix. This means that when merchants sign up, your products are most likely already be on Agora. In the future, we plan on indexing products from other e-commerce platforms.

Here is how to create a merchant account:

  1. Go to the merchant sign up page: https://app.searchagora.com/signup.

  2. Enter your first name, last name, email, store URL, and password. Note that we can only accept merchants that have an email address that matches their store address. If you use a different email, contact support to get onboarded.

  3. Click 'register.'

  4. Log in to the email account you provided and look out for an email sent by Agora that will ask you for email verification. Click on the "confirm email address" button to verify your account.

  5. A new window will open with the merchant dashboard and prompt you to log in, or you will be automatically logged in.

  6. If your store is on Shopify or WooCommerce and your products were already on Agora, you will instantly see your product's historical performance data on the Home page. Your product analytics show empty fields until you have had at least one product viewing. If your store is on Squarespace or Wix, follow instructions here and here.

  7. If your store is on Shopify or WooCommerce and products weren't already on Agora, we'll automatically upload them using our platform. Note that this can take a few minutes to process. Your product analytics show empty fields until you have had at least one product viewing.

  8. When you create an account, you are automatically part of Agora's free subscription tier, called Basic. Upgrade to a paid plan to get more product impressions, opens, and purchases.
