We understand you might not always have a great experience. If you want to return a product purchased on Agora, contact support@searchagora.com. Our team will verify the e-commerce website's return policy and reply to your request with options. If returns are possible, we will refund your order and connect you to the Merchant so they can send you shipping labels if applicable. You will return the product and get a refund from Agora via cash or Agora Credits.
