What are product opens on Agora?

Product opens are one of the key metrics we track for Agora merchants, who can follow their store's metrics on the Home page of their Dashboard. A product counts as opened when a customer has clicked into a product to view the product's details, description, reviews and more information. It is the last step before a customer adds that product to their cart.
